The easiest recipe ever that adds a spin to any Southwestern dish. Kids love this because it is sweet and there are some cool cutting tricks if you buy fresh pineapple and mango.
mango pineapple salsa
2 cups
Ingredients
1 ripe mango (diced)
1 cup fresh pineapple (diced)
1/2 lime (juiced)
1 tablespoon red onion (minced)
1 tablespoon red bell pepper (diced)
1/2 lime (juiced)
1 teaspoon hot sauce (Adobe, Tabasco, sriracha)
salt and pepper
Cilantro
Instructions
In a medium size bowl add all of the ingredients together stirring well to combine.
Add extra hot sauce for more spice.
