Herb Marinated Feta
2 (8oz jars)
Ingredients
2 cups small cubed Feat Cheese
1 ½- 2 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Garden Herbs (Rosemary, Thyme, Basil, Sage)
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
Place the cubed Feta in a large bowl and add the Herbs and Black Pepper.
Toss well to combine.
Spoon the Feta Cheese between 2 glass jars that have been cleaned well up to about ¾ of the way up the jar.
Pour the Extra Virgin Olive Oil into the jars filling it up to the top.
Place the lids on tightly and let marinate in the refrigerator up to 2 months.
Notes
A must have in the pantry. So easy and so good to have on hand. Use it in a sandwich, toss with a salad add to a simple antipasto for impromptu guests. Amazing and it gets better with time!
