Together we will explore how to make the Strawberry preserves using springtime’s best fruits. We will see if we can use less sugar and learn how to jar safely while discovering what pectin is and how to make other simple and easy fruit preserves. Ages 7-13

Come join the after school fun with local food consultant/chef & gardener, Jane Mossa of The Pink Rhubarb.Children will learn about farm to table methods and enjoy an edible education through a different hands on activity each week! $175-190.00/ 4 weeks
