Chai Tea Spice Mix
1/4 cup spice mix
Ingredients
1/4 teaspoon whole Cardamon Seeds
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon whole Black Peppercorns
1/4 teaspoon whole Cloves
1 ½ Tablespoon fresh Ginger Root
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
Instructions
Place all of the spices in a food processor, coffee grinder or mortar and pestle and grind them up until it is a powder.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
To make 2 cups of Chai:
1 cup of hot Black Tea.
2 cups of Milk warmed.
2 Tablespoons of Chai Spice stir in or froth until blended.

Notes
For something different make a dirty Chai by adding Espresso or Coffee instead of the Black Tea.
